You are able to turn up to pay and play at Swallow Hall, there is no need to have a membership.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the dress code?

Smart casual. Basically we do not allow vests. Jeans, t-shirts and trainers are allowed.

Can I book a tee-time?

No. Swallow Hall is a pay and play course so we do not take tee-time bookings. If you are pressed for time we would always advise calling prior to setting off so you can enquire how busy the course it.

Can I bring a caddy?

No. We do not allow people to caddy. Each player must have their own set of golf clubs.

Do I need my own golf clubs?

Yes. Each player must have their own golf clubs. Sharing is not permitted because it slows the pace of play which is unfair on other players. Equipment hire is available if you don’t own your own set of clubs.

Do you have changing rooms?

We do not have changing rooms but there is ample room in our toilet area should you wish to get changed in there.

What age is a junior?

Those aged 13 years old or below are classed as juniors. This age group receive a discounted pay and play rate. Juniors MUST to be accompanied by a paying golfer above this age.

Can a junior play without adult supervision?

Those aged 13 years old or below are classed as juniors. All juniors MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY BY A PAYING GOLFER aged 14 years old or above.
